We all have a first lady in our lives. She can be a mother, wife, daughter, sister, girlfriend or maybe just a friend, but everybody has that woman who matters the most.

For us, it was an idea; an idea for an Italian restaurant that took four years to materialize.  But now, you are about to experience the thoughts, dreams, food and service that have been brewing in our hearts and minds for a long time.  Our symbolic woman  can be seen represented in a painting and a larger-than-life window illustration in our lounge and main dining room. 



For all of us, our lives overflow with decisions, and in such a competitive expanse of restaurants and caterers in our city, it's our pleasure to offer you the highest level of service and food with an unbelievable myriad of embellishments.  Sometimes choosing one's favorite destination might be based on value, quality or surroundings.  Our goal is to bring to you the best Italian cuisine served in a world resort environment, complemented by the most impeccable service we can possibly offer, at the best price you will find in Scottsdale.  This dedication extends, as well, to our catering services.



We take a lot of pride in the quality of our ingredients, with several Chef's Selections nightly  and four different seasonal menus throughout the year, you are bound to find quite a few favorites.  Please do check out our table-side cooking dishes.  Our catering choices of classic and exclusive menus, and additional selections expanding beyond Italian cuisine are on this website.  Fresh pastas and sauces to-go are available.

Choosing the Shops At Gainey Ranch for our location was probably the easiest decision we made.  We are nestled in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Scottsdale, easily visible off E. Doubletree Ranch Road, east of Scottsdale Road.  Inside, our location features two beautiful stone fireplaces, cozy for evening gatherings, in both our lounge and private dining room.  Our bar area is large enough for  groups, offering bar side or high-top table seating.  The main dining room focal points are two large fire-baked clay vases holding large yucca branches that reach into the raised skylight areas.  Elegant lamp-lit tables outline the room.  The flowing stone fountain is visible from the private dining area.  The elegant secluded dining room is only the beginning for your private dining or party needs, as we offer all of our areas, including the entire restaurant.
